“The World Turned Upside Down”, a song from the hit musical “Hamilton”, could easily reference the situation we all find ourselves in these days. Jonathan and I would like to thank all of you who e-mailed or called to check up on us. Your thoughtfulness will never be forgotten. It’s taken us a while to decide how best to proceed. We have no idea when it will be safe for Saugatuck to welcome back guests. Our town is coming together like never before to come up with procedures that will keep everyone who lives, works or visits here safe.
Here at Hidden Garden, our main concern is for the safety of all of you and us. We are re-examining every aspect of our business from cleaning to check-in to breakfast, in an effort to give you peace of mind.
We have come up with a new reservation policy for this Summer. You can now book your stay without a deposit. You can change dates without penalty up until a week before your stay. Seven days before your arrival, we will charge your entire amount. If you need to cancel within seven days, we will issue you a credit, good for one year. No refunds will be given.
If you already have a reservation with us, our standard cancellation policy will apply. You can cancel up to seven days prior to arrival and receive a refund on your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
We hope you’ll escape to Saugatuck and Hidden Garden once we get the all-clear.
